Architecture: Where Design Meets Theatre

As a group we initially met up to 'brain storm' themes and ideas we liked from theatre sets we have seen before. One that particularly stood out to us was the set from 'Inspector calls' the way a sense of scale and impact was created in a small space was something we were keen to take away. As our scene is set in a castle we wanted to be able to create a sense of grandeur.

We initially realised that a fix set may be an issue as we need the space to be flexible and flip from scene to scene without set changes.
